The left thoracic artery (LITA) originates natively from the subclavian artery and is sequentially connected to the diagonal branch and the LAD

The proximal LAD is opened and shows a coronary stent

The single vein grafts are centrally anastomosed to the ascending aorta. Both veins are stabilized externally with a metallic stent

  • LITA side-to-side to the diagonal branch
  • LITA end-to-side to the LAD
  • Vein graft to the right coronary artery with external stent (VEST)
